Amir represents technology companies in commercial transactions and corporate aspects including data protection & privacy compliance, media, digital advertising, and venture capital investments. As such, Amir deals extensively with data governance, telecommunications and intellectual property laws and regulations, as well as commercial contracts and licensing agreement. Amir regularly assists cybersecurity and telecommunication companies in structuring and managing complex personal data flows and architectures, international data transfers, advanced biometrics assessments, implementation of Artificial Intelligence technologies, and provides management guidance for AI system development and ethical and societal assessment. Amir is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in European data protection regulations (CIPP/E). Amir serves as a Team Leader in the Advance Research Clinic in the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) following his completion with distinction of the Research Clinic for AI in the CAIDP. Amir serves as Teaching Assistant in “Legal Systems” course in the Harry Radzyner Law School, and in “Ethical Aspects of Algorithms” course in Lauder School of Government Diplomacy and Strategy (Reichman University). Amir graduated summa cum laude the research program of the Master of Law (LL.M.) at Reichman University. Amir’s LL.M. thesis was vast research in the comparative constitutional theories studies (“The Indian Constitution’s Founding Moment”). Amir passed his thesis defense with distinction. Amir also studies in the honors thesis track in M.A. Law, Technology and Business Innovation. Amir is currently researching as part of completing his dissertation: the collective management of copyright in the State of Israel, and the regulatory aspects of the music streaming services and performance royalties. Amir studied Law (LL.B.) and Political Science (B.A., specialization in European Studies) at the Reichman University. Amir was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2021, after completing his legal internship at the Intellectual Property Division, Department of the Deputy Attorney General. Amir previously worked as IP & data privacy associate at Erdinast, Ben Natan, Toledano & Co. law firm since 2021, and joined Or-Hof Technology and IP law firm in 2023. Amir speaks Hebrew, English, and Portuguese.
