Dana has decades of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial international transactions in the hi-tech, cyber, homeland security and telecommunications arenas, with customers, partners and suppliers, representing and teaming with sales teams and senior management in enterprise complex deals and in sensitive transactions with governments, intelligence agencies and other state organizations worldwide. Dana also has vast experience in leading global procurement departments and supporting global large scale project bids submissions and execution.
