The guide in Hebrew for the CCPA

The Guide in Hebrew to California Consumer Privacy Act – CCPA

As of January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) will impose new privacy obligations on businesses that collect personal information from California residents and must (or jointly with others) determine the purposes and means of processing such data.

Due to the great importance of the new law to Israeli companies, we are pleased to publish the guide to CCPA, as we have updated the Hebrew guide to GDPR.

Its role is to serve as a guide to the concepts and principles contained in the law and to help understand the implementation of its provisions, but it is not a substitute for professional advice regarding this law.
