Eran supports the firm’s clients in their data protection compliance efforts by conducting extensive audits in accordance with various international legal frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other U.S. State Consumer Privacy Laws, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and Israeli Privacy Laws. He has a proven track record of creating complex global compliance programs, emphasized on supporting clients’ compliance posture while not compromising business considerations and needs. Eran also specializes in international transactions, providing support and guidance to the firm’s clients as they navigate the complexities of global business. He also supports the firm’s clients with their corporate law needs under Israeli Law. Eran has been with the firm since early 2021, after being admitted to the Israeli Bar Association on the same year and completing his legal internship at Goldfarb Seligman and Co. Eran holds an LLB degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI), and a certified information privacy professional (CIPPE) certification from the international association of privacy professionals (IAPP).
