Our team (with Dan’s leadership) is proud to be part of shaping Israeli legislation and advancing regulations on information and privacy issues. In responding to the Privacy Protection Authority’s request, to complete amendment No. 14, the Privacy Protection Law, the Israeli Justice Committee is speeding up the discussions to complete the legislation of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. This focuses on reinforcing enforcement capabilities, aiming to boost compliance, reduce cyber risks, and enhance national resilience, aligning with the European Union’s Adequacy procedure, and solidifying Israel’s data protection standing.
